You can check in to your room from 14:00 (2:00 PM) on the check-in date. You must check out from your room before 12:00 (12:00 PM) on the check-out date.
Example: If you book from the 1st to the 5th of the month, this means you can receive the room at 14:00 on the 1st, and must return it before 12:00 PM on the 5th.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas of the hotel. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if this policy is violated.
All guests must present a valid ID card or passport upon check-in. We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The hotel is a place of rest and relaxation, and we ask all guests to respect the privacy of others. Guests must maintain quiet, especially during night hours. Pets are not allowed except with prior permission. Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest.
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. In this case, the full amount will be refunded through the same payment method used.
If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the check-in date, a charge for one night will be deducted from the booking amount. The remaining amount will be refunded through the same payment method.
Cancellation after check-in time or no-show will result in a full booking charge. No amount will be refunded in these cases. We advise contacting us in advance in case of emergency circumstances.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used when completing the booking. For example, if payment was made by credit card, the amount will be returned to the same card.
After approval of the refund request, the refund process may take 7 to 14 business days to appear in your account. The actual duration depends on your bank or payment provider.
